Parish of Esperance

"To worship God in Christ, in an Anglican way, reaching out in love and service to the whole community."

Our doors are open to everyone of any faith or none.

Our wonderful Parishioners generously volunteer their services and work tirelessly in a wide array of activities including running our Parish office, being members of Parish Council, the Op Shop Committee, performing catering duties to name but a few.

Our Op Shop has been a mainstay of the Parish life for as long as our oldest parishioners can remember. We know that 82 years ago, there were sales of embroidery and other goods to raise church funds. In different forms - and places - the shop has provided affordable used goods to many people who would not otherwise have been able to afford these items - the opportunity of its title.

It is staffed entirely by volunteers who roster their hours of work so that the Op Shop is able to open on six days each week. Additional volunteers are always welcome to help in this important community service, one that also raises funds for the Parish.
