Mission Plan receives prayerful endorsement
The Diocesan Strategic Plan, renamed Diocesan Mission Plan, was discussed in detail at the Diocesan Council meeting on 13 December 2007. It was noted that the plan was one with a strong mission focus – enabling and resourcing the good work taking place in several part of the diocese and providing opportunities for new areas of exploration and growth.
The revised version is below.
The names of those who would form the Mission Plan Oversight Team received endorsement. The Archbishop is to invite these persons to take on this task.
The 24 hour Prayer Cycle co-ordinated by Coralie Wilson is bearing fruit as parishes, agencies and individuals engage in creative ways with the Mission Plan.
