Complaints Process
The Diocese of Perth regards any professional misconduct as a serious matter. We are committed to supporting the aggrieved as well as the accused and will endeavour to reach a satisfactory outcome to any complaint as soon as possible.
A Protocol for Dealing with Complaints of Sexual Misconduct has been developed to ensure fairness to all parties and clarifies the process and the responsibilities of the Professional Standards Unit.
The diocese also has in place a Child Protection Policy.
