Christmas 2008 Sermon Archbishop Roger Herft [21.09.2009] [pdf, 137.33 kb]
In the name of the God born in Bethlehem, I wish you a Holy and Blessed Christmas. This God, revealed in Jesus, takes on the dust of our lives, the fabric of our existence. God shares our meanderings, our messiness, our quests for meaning, our longing for love. (Hebrews 4:15-16) Whoever you and I are, whatever brings us to this Cathedral, whether we are believers or doubters or simply in-betweens you are welcome to worship this God who loves us beyond our thinking, feeling or imagining.
