Swan Valley Adventure Centre

Situated on 89 acres of picturesque rural landscape on the banks of the Swan River in Middle Swan, the Swan Valley site has a rich history of providing community support dating back to the early 1830s.  Swan Valley Adventure Centre is rapidly becoming one of the most popular destinations for schools, church, sporting groups or family gatherings seeking an affordable and fun environment in the Perth metropolitan area.

With six accommodation houses,Swan Valley Adventure Centre can cater for groups of between 20 and 240. Each house is equipped with a large, comfortable common area including a television and DVD and a small self-contained kitchenette.  Our dormitory style rooms have bunk or single beds. We can also offer a range of practical facilities including conference rooms and meeting spaces with a flexible range of setup options to cater for both large and small groups.

Townsend Lodge

Townsend Lodge is located at 240 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, right in the heart of the city.  Our residents include Australian and International students and travellers, which enhances the community atmosphere of the Lodge. Townsend also prides itself on its culture of creating and maintaining a fun, secure, and nurturing place to live and stay. The central location allows easy access to downtown shopping, theatres, educational institutions, libraries, coffee shops and restaurants.

We provide single accommodation rooms with a desk, bookshelves and wardrobe. The Lodge has 24-hour secure access, and shared kitchen facilities including hotplates, ovens, microwaves, fridges and freezers.  We also provide internet access, video games, CD, stereo, board games and pool table in the common room, a large lounge room with Foxtel and free-to-air TV, a laundry, vending machines, a barbecue and an outside garden area. 

Townsend Lodge is the ideal place to stay when travelling solo, visiting or studying in Perth.

Wollaston Conference Centre

Wollaston Conference Centre offers a ‘ministry of hospitality’ to groups and organisations seeking a modern, well-equipped venue for conferences or continuing education and training.  As well as necessary facilities (including ample parking on the edge of beautiful Bold Park), all of which are readily accessible, splendid catering is also available.
