Supply and Locum Arrangements

Supply Request

Prior to taking leave, parish priests are to make their own arrangements with fellow clergy for the cover of services during their absence. If they are unable to secure cover, they may request the assistance of the Archbishop’s Chaplain by fully completing and submitting a Supply Request Form as soon as possible.

Supply and Locum Application

Clergy who wish to provide supply and/or locum cover must fully complete and submit a Supply and Locum Application Form to the Archbishop’s Chaplain.
