Raffles

In many cases, permits are required to hold raffles. More information can be found as follows:

The Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor have prepared a brochure to assist those considering conducting a raffle.
In particular, the brochure describes the instances where a permit is not required.
Should you wish to conduct a raffle outside the parameters described in the brochure, then you will need to apply for a permit in the Racing, Gaming and Liquor portal (the login/create account window is hard to see, but is in the top right hand corner of the page).
