Role of Parish Property Team

The role of the Parish Property team (PPT) is to:

• Coordinate and assist parishes with all maintenance requirements.
• Maintain PDT parish property database property related information.
• Manage the provider of rapid/after-hours response services.
• Coordinate the parish maintenance works process.
• Ensure contractors undertaking works meet minimum Diocesan requirements for insurance (Public Liability and Workers Compensation) and licensing.
• Coordinating the preferred contractor process
• Coordinating Mandatory Testing and Inspections.
• Coordinating Structural and Maintenance Assessments.
• Coordinating property related insurance claims.
