The Anglican Community Fund is a well-known community fund with over 50 years of expertise within investments and loan facilities. We pride ourselves in helping our clients to be financially stronger and giving back to our community. Our small team works from a CBD location in new premises. We currently have an opening for a Client Service Officer to join our strong customer focused team.
As a Client Service Officer you will maintain exceptionally strong client service by completing client enquiries and transactions (in person, phone, email and email) including providing client support with our Online Services platform. Duties include opening and closing accounts, term investment renewals, transaction processing, balancing teller cash and administrative tasks. This is a temporary full-time position until October 2021 with a possibility to transition to permanency.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this fantastic opportunity will have some previous client facing experience in a Credit Union, Retail Banking and/or Business Banking. Entry level candidates with appropriate studies in business and /or accounting will be considered. In both situations you will need to have excellent client service skills, attention to detail, accuracy and the flexibility required to be part of a small team.
