Guildford Grammar School
Guildford Grammar School is an Anglican co-educational private day and boarding school for students in Kindergarten to Year 12.
Guildford Grammar School is a thriving independent school of some 1180 students and has, over the past century, forged an enviable reputation for providing a well-rounded education and instilling traditional values.
Our co-educational Preparatory School caters for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6 and our currently our Senior School caters for boys in Years 7-12. From 2018 we will be co-educational, welcoming girls in Years 7, 8 and 11. By 2019 we will have girls in all years and in 2020 we plan to introduce boarding for girls in the Senior School.
Alongside academic success, we equip our students with key life skills, developing well rounded students. Guildford Grammar School students are prepared for the future, with the capacity to embrace opportunity, and the resilience to cope with adversity.
Our students appreciate the importance of service, and learn to be proactive in taking a civic role. They learn to interact effectively with people of different cultures and religions and appreciate the need to care for others and themselves.
Each of our students gains a positive sense of wonder and excitement at life's possibilities, a lifelong love of learning and the versatility to meet the challenges of a changing society.
