Parish of Roleystone

St Christopher's worship tradition is the middle way sometimes called the via media of Anglican worship. The middle way is certainly not the only way. In fact and practice, St Christopher's is a meeting of ways. It is a place where people from the different traditions of Anglicanism and from other parts of Christ's Church come and worship together.

Our services follow the forms from the Prayer Book for Australia and occasionally the Book of Common Prayer. We are an older congregation that welcome all ages of people. We believe that the dignity of our worship easily enfolds and celebrates the laughter of children.

Music plays a large part of our worship. Some of our liturgy is sung. Our hymnal has both traditional and more modern music sung enthusiastically with heartfelt love. A music recording contract though, is not on our near horizon!

We respect our differences, we celebrate what that brings. We are very Anglican. Come as you are.....

Our doors are open to everyone of any faith or none.
