St Paul, Beaconsfield
St Paul, Parish of Beaconsfield
Our services, held in our church in Beaconsfield, are very much in the Anglican/Catholic tradition with a degree of ‘artistic license’. We are best described as having a progressive theology as we are very much open to engaging the questions that point toward the Divine in all life.
We are a community that looks forward and that seeks to encounter the Divine beyond the confines of the past. And so we are an inclusive and diverse gathering still forming and finding new possibilities.
We seek to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves by sharing of the abundance that we enjoy.
There are many ways to become part of the St Paul’s community, and you (like us) need not have all the answers, for we are all “seeking”. Join with us and share in our exploration of life and of seeking the Divine.
We are delighted to share our spaces with a diverse variety of groups. Our hall, meeting room, commercial kitchen and amphitheatre are available for hire and can accommodate a variety of different groups who all add to the beauty and inclusiveness of this precinct. We regularly host wedding receptions, gourmet dinners, theatre and concert programs, as well as many local groups using our facilities on a daily and weekly basis, for instance, our parish is inspired by the commitment of the AA Groups; and sharing a common quest of prayer and mindfulness with the Zen and Muslim communities here at St Paul’s Church, Beaconsfield.
