Passing the Baton is an interdenominational event for children’s leaders. With Dr Natalie Leitao as our main speaker will guide us on the topic of being refreshed and renewed in our crazy world. While Ivan Mills from Christ for All Children brings his International missionary gifts, insight, and story. Something for everyone!

It is a time of networking with fellow workers where relationships are developed in an atmosphere of sharing and caring.

A wide range of 12 Electives are available to develop our teaching skills and to learn new strategies.

This year we are pleased to have Louise Lathbury from YouthCARE to lead the exciting Elective Exploring Chaplaincy - a journey of letting go and letting God. Other Electives include:

  • Environments for Lasting Faith to Flourish
  • Identifying Children’s Gifts
  • Bible Alive!
  • Child Developmental Stages
  • Inspiring Children with the Easter Message
  • Party Clubs – a Fun Option
  • The Small Group Model in Kids Ministry
  • Exploring Chaplaincy
  • Modelling Creative Prayer
  • Blessing Nights and Ministry Camps - Dads & Daughters
  • Empowering our Emerging Leaders
  • Spiritual Formation in Children

The Expo area is a great place to see the latest resources and to chat to stall holders for that individual assistance.
