Statement on Antisemitism
In response to rising antisemitism, Anglican bishops stand with Jewish Australians, rejecting hatred and violence while promoting peace and unity.
Late last year, Archbishop Kay, together with the other Perth bishops, wrote to their Jewish friends to assure them of their prayers and continued friendship. They affirmed their commitment to walking alongside one another as people of different Faith Traditions, learning together with those of other Faiths and sharing the riches each tradition treasures.
This week, the Bishops of the Anglican Church of Australia released the following statement.
