Worship at Wollaston
St Evagrius of Pontus (c346 – 399) famously said ‘If you are a theologian, you will pray truly. And if you pray truly, you are a theologian.’ (Treatise on Prayer, 61).
The endeavour of Christian Theology is, therefore, the outworking of a relationship with God.
As a Theological College, Wollaston is a Religious House and at its heart is our beautiful Chapel, a consecrated place of prayer. To better serve the prayerful life of the work of God, we are now offering more services, both in Semester and outside of Semester, and all who wish to attend are very welcome.
From 29 April the College will offer the following services in the Chapel from APBA:
Tuesdays | 9.00am | Morning Prayer (APBA Daily Service)* |
Wednesdays | 8.30am
11.45am | Morning Prayer
Holy Eucharist |
Thursdays | 9.00am | Morning Prayer (APBA Daily Service)* |
*Morning Prayer on Tuesday and Thursday will not be rostered. Those who attend, and are able, are asked to organise the office between them.
We pray that these offerings will continue the sanctifying work of the College, resourcing the Diocese in matters theological and spiritual. We hope that both clergy and laity of the Diocese will join with us from time to time as we seek to keep the time-honoured rhythm of Anglican Worship.
Priests in good standing (licensed or holding a PTO) who wish to celebrate the Eucharist are welcome to have a conversation with The Ven Clive Hillman, Director of Formation - formation@perth.anglican.org

The core purpose of the College is to prepare people for a diversity of Anglican ministries.
