The organisation
The Anglican Community Fund is a well known community fund with over 50 years of expertise in investments and loan facilities. ACF prides itself helping clients to be financially stronger and giving back to the community. This small team works from a CBD location in new premises and has an opening for a Client Service Supervisor to join their strong customer focused team.

The role
As the Client Service Supervisor you will maintain exceptionally strong client relationships, ensure office procedures are compliant and provide support and guidance to Client Service Officers within the team. You will also check all documents on new accounts, renew term investments for high value clients, authorise transactions, account reconciliation and other adhoc processing that is required. Other core activities will involve being the internal reference point for outsourcing partners and daily checking of accounts and reports. This opportunity offers a high degree of variety and having a hands-on approach to work is essential.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this fantastic opportunity will have previous experience in a Credit Union, retail banking and/or business banking. An understanding of accounting would be well regarded. It is important that clients receive outstanding service. Therefore, it is essential that you are highly professional, credible and take pride in engaging with clients and the team effectively. You will also need to be self-motivated, proactive, flexible and able to accept responsibility.
