St Hilda’s North Perth is seeking a full-time priest.

We seek a priest who is comfortable with both traditional and contemporary Anglican worship and who:

• is able to demonstrate a belief and adherence to daily prayer, who loves God and His Son, Jesus Christ, and who seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit in leadership of the Parish.
• is experienced, enthusiastic, and capable in developing and leading Church growth programmes that will harness the current rise in youth interest in Christ as Saviour.
• is capable to lead and manage pastoral care programmes that extend the love, care, and acceptance of the Church community to both parishioners, and potential parishioners.
• is able to encourage lively, enriching worship, through teaching, preaching and music that encourages families and young people into a faith in Jesus Christ.
• is a leader able to collaborate with the congregation to use the natural and spiritual gifts God has given them, to work and engage cross-culturally with a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
• can engage in ecumenical and wider community activities and build positive networks across the wider community to promote the Mission of the Parish.
• has an open and inclusive theology and a concern for social justice.
• Brings a modern and engaging approach to ministry which can build youth and young family attendances and reinvigorate church membership.
