Annual Meeting of Parishioners

At the Annual Meeting of the Parish, the Financial Report is tabled as required by Section 33.1 (e) of the Statute. Usually this will be tabled by the Treasurer who will give a verbal account of the Parish finances.

The Financial Report as at 30 April each year, must include:

1. audited, reviewed or examined statements of income and expenditure;
2. a statement of assets and liabilities or at least a statement of uncollected revenue and outstanding liabilities; and
3. a budget of anticipated income and expenditure for the ensuing financial year.
