Parish Property Database

All property related maintenance requests, and property related incident and hazard reports, must be logged into myBuildings, the Diocese’s new Parish Property Database.

myBuildings makes it easier for parishes to log an item for maintenance, be a repository of property related information, and maintain a historical record of maintenance activities.

This record is particularly important as parish councillors and wardens change over time, which can result in the loss of knowledge about previous maintenance works. In addition, the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act requires us to maintain records of actions taken to identify and mitigate WHS risks.
