Termites

Termites pose a significant risk to buildings, as they can cause extensive structural damage before any visible signs are detected. Without regular inspection and management, infestations may go unnoticed until substantial repairs are required, and in severe cases, buildings may become unsafe or uninhabitable.

Parishes are strongly encouraged to ensure regular termite inspections and appropriate treatment systems are in place. Early detection is critical, as termite damage is typically not covered by insurance.

The Parish Property Team is available to assist with recommendations and obtaining quotations.
