The Parish Council of St Michael's and All Angels, Cannington, is prayerfully seeking a faithful, inspiring and collaborative priest to lead us as we enter an exciting new chapter in our life together.
About Our Parish
We are a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive Anglican congregation, embracing people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures. Located in the heart of Cannington, between the river, highway and railway, our church enjoys strong connections with the local community.
Our parish includes:
- A modern church hall used by community groups throughout the week
- A busy Op Shop run by dedicated volunteers
- Active outreach through food relief initiatives and community events
- A vibrant programme of social and cultural activities celebrating the diversity of our community

Music is central to our worship. We are blessed with a committed church choir, talented musicians and dedicated music leaders who enrich both traditional and contemporary services. We look forward to further developing this ministry as a means of worship, outreach and community engagement.

- Appreciates the important contribution of music, choir and musicians in worship
- Is a collaborative leader who works effectively with lay ministers, volunteers and community partners
- Has a heart for pastoral care, mission and community engagement
