Common Issues

• Not completing Mandatory Testing and Inspections for public buildings within the legislated time frames.
• In rented or leased residential properties, RCDs must be tested regularly. This requirement applies to Diocesan owned Rectories occupied by clergy and to properties leased under the Residential Tenancies Act.
