The Anglican Diocese of Perth, through our care agencies, provide older West Australians, their families and carers with a range of quality aged care support services and facilities.

We continually reinvest in these services and initiatives and strongly advocate to ensure our communities provide care, support and benefits to the vulnerable in our society.

Amana Living provides care services and accommodation to older Western Australians across fifteen residential and transition care facilities, six day clubs, seventeen retirement villages and a range of home care services.

Meath Care (Inc) provides quality aged care services across three locations at Trigg, Como and Kingsley, specialising in premium residential care and retirement village accommodation.

St Bartholomew’s House supports people to live independently and achieve a quality of life that enhances their physical and mental health and well being.
