Supervision Philosophy
Choosing a supervisor is personal. I have been a supervisee for many years and understand the importance of an authentic, safe and respectful connection.
I offer supervision for people engaged in ministry, pastoral care and chaplaincy, providing a reflective space where you can explore your practice, affirm what is flourishing, and attend to areas that may benefit from growth or change. You are invited to bring your whole self, personally, professionally and spiritually, into the conversation.
My approach is grounded in reflective practice and a contemplative orientation, with attention to meaning-making, wellbeing, and the complexity of working with people. I seek to support you in sustaining your ministry with integrity, resilience and awareness.
My experience includes teaching and mentoring in education, church leadership and service, professional pastoral care in healthcare, and chaplaincy in the mining industry. This diverse background, along with my life experience, gives me a broad appreciation of the challenges and richness of ministry contexts.
I offer individual and group supervision, online and in-person in Denmark, WA. I welcome a conversation to explore whether we are a good fit.
Fees
Individual supervision $160 / 60 min
Student / Clergy $120 / 60 min
Supervision for groups, minimum 90 min session. (Fee can be negotiated.)
