Interests and expertise

A CPE supervisor since 2009, Cathy has been privileged to train and professionally supervise many pastoral practitioners in ministry. In more recent years, Cathy has also co-trained professional supervisors as an IPSRP Associate, and CPE supervisors as a Provisional Clinical Pastoral Education Consultant.

Cathy is located in Brisbane and frequently uses creative supervisory modalities both in the online and in-person supervision room. She is a great believer in facilitating supervisees to access their own wisdom in supervision, supportively encouraging supervisees to reflect upon their inner motivations, work role and the context of their work concern.

Cathy is married to David, has three adult children, a miniature dachshund and two Icelandic horses. Having grown up in rural Queensland, Cathy loves to recharge on her block of land in the New England mountains in NSW.
