Interests and expertise
A skilled and seasoned practitioner, Em offers a brave and safe place for courageous conversations where insight can be fostered and perspective enhanced. With over 20 years pastoral experience leading local churches and developing leaders, she is convinced of the value of quality supervision for those at the coalface of the helping professions. Em accompanies supervisees in reflecting on their experiences in a way that connects with future practice, and with a heart for their development and thriving vocationally and personally. Having navigated key seasons of transition and change in her ministry and family life, she knows the potential of liminal spaces for growth and transformation, and it’s her privilege to journey with others in their discovery.
Em loves podcasts, poetry that doesn’t rhyme, winter, and altogether too much tea.
