Interests and expertise

I am passionate about the possibilities education and supervision offer an individual seeking to live into the person they are created to be. As a ministry supervisor, I bring my background in hospital and prison pastoral ministry roles, as well as my training, skill and experience as a CPE Educator and teacher. I offer encouragement, possibility for new perspectives and space to explore what is working well and what isn’t in current approaches.

In the background I hold my life experience as a wife, mother, teacher and lay Christian woman. I grew up in New Zealand, also living in the UK and The Netherlands before migrating to Perth with my Dutch husband almost 30 years ago. One of our adult children has ADHD and autism, so I know the challenges of relating when someone does not always fit societal norms, as well as the realities of migration, language and cultural difference.
