Interests and expertise
I am a psychotherapist and supervisor accredited to work with both adults and children & young people by the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling (the UK regulatory body). I have over two decades of experience, working in a variety of settings and organisations, including schools, medical practices and with diocesan referrals.
I work by facilitating a safe, supportive, and challenging therapeutic environment for us to pursue together insight and understanding into what is growthful for you and any areas where you want to pursue change.
My training and experience over a number of years gives me access to ways of working that can be tailored as we collaborate on your journey. I prefer to work face to face and adhere to the safety, ethics and confidentiality you would expect in this important work.
