Interests and expertise

Rod Bower is an Anglican priest of 34 years’ experience, professional supervisor and Ignatian spiritual director. Currently serving as Archdeacon, Director of Mission and Formation for Newcastle Anglican.

Rod greatly values the role of supervision in his own professional practice and feels passionate about extending this experience to others in complex people facing roles. With a commitment to ongoing learning and development, Rod believes this happens best when we experience honesty and candour in a trusting environment.

Rod is available online for individual or group supervision.

Rod’s vision for the supervisee is “coming to know what I didn’t know I knew”.
