I work with individuals or small groups to reflect on professional life: ethical and personal challenges; interpersonal development opportunities; and organisational structures, to reduce stress, increase focus and facilitate joy. "Making connections" is a recurrent theme. I (gently) challenge traditions and
preconceptions, affirm inclusion and nurture the spiritual quest. Laughter is not beyond me.
