Interests and expertise
Ross has been providing professional supervision for 10 years.
Ross’s training in professional supervision was initially through the Pohly Institute for Pastoral Supervision and Lucy Abbott Tucker’s approach to spiritual direction supervision.
Ross also brings into supervision training in corporate conflict resolution.
In the last five years, Ross’ supervisory practice has moved to the creative modalities approach of the Institute of Professional Practice and Reflective Practice as presented by Michael Paterson and Liz Crumlish.
Ross’s approach to supervision is contemplative, wondering, and inquiry-based, grounded in a strengths-based approach, to help the supervisee discover and engage with their own wisdom in implementing approaches that benefit their professional practice.
Fees
Current fees are $100 per hour for an individual session. Group supervision is usually four supervisees in a two-hour session at $50 per supervisee.
