Interests and expertise

As an ordained minister, chaplain, and Registered Nurse, I have extensive experience in providing pastoral care, supervision, mentoring and spiritual guidance to hospital and aged care staff, psychiatric and palliative care patients, aged care residents and their support networks. I strive to be compassionate, respectful, and professional in my practice. I sustain my personal and professional wellbeing through regular reflective practice, with the support of a professional supervisor and spiritual director.

I offer a non-judgmental supervision space in which you may reflect on your ministry/practice in order to gain clarity and insight into your motivations, behaviours, goals and wellbeing. A typical supervision session may find us addressing challenges in your ministry/practice, lamenting loss, seeking new paths, or celebrating growth or achievement. As well as talking and listening, we can use images, texts or creative approaches within the supervision session.

I offer supervision to professional caregivers including clergy, chaplains, lay and ordained ministers of religion, nurses, social workers and teachers.

Fees

My fee is currently $120 per hour session (2023), negotiable according to circumstances; please contact me to discuss.

Supervision may be done online or in person.
